As an art student, I have used art as a huge part of my life. Not only to create a career but to form a use of strength with my inner self esteem. Creating art makes me feel great because it helps me mediate and express my emotions without having to explain myself. As what many people say a picture is worth a million words. I started to grow so much love for art when I was in the fifth grade. My parents unfortunately were super traditional and did not want me to find a career within art.
Throughout the years, I manage to not only convince my parents into showing them that art is a form of a career, but I also show others that there is more to what art is. At the age of sixteen I started to volunteer to be a student aid teacher for my English, ceramic, and history class to create an interaction with students and also have the work of a teacher. I always wanted to be able to interact with students of all ages and wanted to see a different point of view on how to become a teacher. It was not until I had to do a lesson plan for the students in needs, I had arranged a color book for ten students, I manage to create a friendship, and interact with them in a beautiful way. I then started to love the idea of becoming a teacher and being able to have art involved with it which was the best part.
